Before processing orders, we may have to verify payment for some orders.
After receiving your order, we conduct quality control checks and testing in order to ensure product quality prior to shipment. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days, however, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status.
As our goods are dispatched from different warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.

United States and Canada: 8 – 15 Business Days
United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Ukraine, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 – 20 Business Days
Rest of the World: 10 – 25 Business Days

Physical Goods Return Policy
Below you will find our current payment and refund/replacement policy. Please read it carefully as this is the official policy in force at the present time. Full refund if you don’t receive the order (all orders are tracked and this rarely happens) if you can prove that you didn’t receive your order within 60 days. That does not apply if the order did not arrive due to factors within your controls (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address). Other exceptional circumstances outside of our control.
You can get a full refund if the item is significantly different from our description, or you can choose a partial refund and keep the product.
Goods that are dispatched directly from the manufacturer need to be returned to them in order for the amount to be refunded.
In the event of a refund, Just Girls Vip will refund all the fees it has charged to facilitate the transaction excluding fees charged by the payment getaway, which are refunded at payment getaway’s discretion.
To claim your refund you need to apply within 5 days from receiving the order.
